Salmon Fishing Charters
Sooke, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada, provides some of the best year round salmon sport fishing in the world. We are open year round and offer a variety of charter options ranging from 5 hour (half day), 8 hour (full day) to multi-day trips.
Home to a variety of salmon species: Chinook (King, Spring, Winter), Coho (Silver), Pink and Sockeye, Sooke offers exciting year round saltwater fishing opportunities in protected waters.
Our mild winter climate allows for a half day Chinook fishing in the morning, golfing in the afternoon, fine evening dining and a stay in a luxurious west coast Vancouver Island accommodation to finish off your day.

Our Fishing Vessel
Join us on a Sooke BC salmon fishing experience aboard Reel’m In, our 24 foot Beachcraft Sportfisher. Our vessel is fully insured and Transport Canada Certified with modern electronics, private enclosed toilet and safety equipment.
Tackle, bait, rain gear and coffee are provided for your comfort. We suggest you bring a light lunch, sunglasses, camera, soft soled shoes, warm layered clothing and a cooler to transport your fresh catch.

Your Salmon Catch
Your salmon catch will be cleaned and bagged for transportation. Arrangements can be made for canning or smoking of your salmon and shipping to your home destination. Ask us for details!
The following West Coast salmon species can be caught during these peak periods:
- May through September:
Chinook (Kings, Spring) Salmon (5-50 lbs.) - July through October:
Sockeye, Pink & Coho (Silvers) (5-25 lbs.) - November through March:
Winter Chinook (King) Salmon (5-20 lbs.) - Crabbing available upon request

Fishing Licenses
Saltwater Fishing Licenses complete with Salmon Conservation Stamp must be purchased prior to arrival. They are available at most British Columbia sporting goods or WalMart stores or you may purchase your Fishing License online at the BC Fisheries Website.

5 hour minimum • 4 person maximum
10% OFF DISCOUNT November thru April on salmon charters
5 hour (half day) • 1-2 Persons $440 • 3-4 Persons $480
8 hour (full day) • 1-2 Persons $580 • 3-4 Persons $620
Halibut Fishing Charter Rates
6 hour Minimum • 3 person maximum
6 hour • 1-3 Persons • $550
8 hour • 1-3 Persons • $650
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, subject to change. Fuel surcharge may apply.
We require a non-refundable 50% DEPOSIT at the time of booking. Payment may be made with cash, traveller's cheque, Visa or MasterCard. The balance is due at the conclusion of each fishing trip.
Upon cancellation deposits may be credited in full to alternate (same season) date depending on availability with a minimum of 30 days notice prior to original charter date. Deposit credit can not be applied with less than 30 day cancellation notice. All deposits are non-refundable.
